what to expect
  • I use therapy models scientifically proven to support anxiety recovery, including CBT and compassion-focused therapy. Together, we’ll identify and unpick the patterns that fuel your anxiety and keep it going, then find strategies to dismantle this and learn to respond differently.
  • Anxiety often shows up as cycles of “what if?” thinking. Struggling to cope with uncertainty and jumping to worst-case scenario thinking is very human, but it can get out of control and paralyse us.
  • For some people, this means constant worry about health; for others, it shows up as fear of judgement from others.

£120/Session
  • Regular clients can block book with me at £110/session.

£100/Session
  • This block of 4 sessions at a discounted rate is available for new clients.
