Therapy & Coaching for ADHD and Autism
what to expectAffirming therapy adapted to your unique social, sensory, and emotional needs
Compassionate skills coaching and practical support
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, which means we’ll work with your brain — not against it, incorporating my clinical skills and expertise with tried and true habits and tips that have supported me as someone with ADHD myself. I aim to help you feel more understood, supported, and equipped with strategies that make sense for your brain and lifestyle. Managing responsibilities and routines can be challenging for everyone, but most main-steam strategies just don’t work the same for people with ADHD or autism. We’ll set up supports, habits, and systems that actually work for you.
How long does therapy take?
I don’t require a commitment to any number of sessions. I encourage clients to work towards a meaningful piece of therapeutic change at a pace that feels right.
How often and when are sessions?
I work flexibly and can step sessions up or down in frequency or length depending on your needs, often progressing from weekly sessions to fortnightly, monthly, then ad-hoc.
Do you offer shorter sessions?
I offer regular clients 30-minute “booster” sessions (at half the cost) if you need extra support around triggers such as holidays, anniversaries, or exams.
