Skills coaching, practical support, and recovery guidance
If you’re living with addiction, it’s likely you feel isolated, ashamed, and out of control. Before specialising in eating disorders, I worked in drug and alcohol services, where I first used a harm reduction approach. This now underpins all my work: meeting you exactly where you are, without judgement, supporting you to make meaningful changes at your own pace. I’m here to walk the road to recovery with you.
How long does therapy take?
I don’t require a commitment to any number of sessions. I encourage clients to work towards a meaningful piece of therapeutic change at a pace that feels right.
How often and when are sessions?
I work flexibly and can step sessions up or down in frequency or length depending on your needs, often progressing from weekly sessions to fortnightly, monthly, then ad-hoc.
Do you offer shorter sessions?
I offer regular clients 30-minute “booster” sessions (at half the cost) if you need extra support around triggers such as holidays, anniversaries, or exams.
