Skills coaching, practical support, and guidance
When a partner, child, sibling, or friend is in distress, it’s natural to want to do everything you can — but it isn’t always obvious what will actually help. I provide specialist therapy and coaching for loved ones, designed to give you understanding and strategies to support as best you can. We’ll strengthen your resilience, and find ways for you to stay connected while also caring for yourself.
How long does therapy take?
I don’t require a commitment to any number of sessions. I encourage clients to work towards a meaningful piece of therapeutic change at a pace that feels right.
How often and when are sessions?
I work flexibly and can step sessions up or down in frequency or length depending on your needs, often progressing from weekly sessions to fortnightly, monthly, then ad-hoc.
Do you offer shorter sessions?
I offer regular clients 30-minute “booster” sessions (at half the cost) if you need extra support around triggers such as holidays, anniversaries, or exams.
